It is pretty candidate heavy. They will vote for a republican if they feel that republican is going to represent them, but if not they slant democrat.
The republicans have had a rough go with the Latino vote the last two elections because the democrats are pushing for immigration reform which the Latinos want, and the it leaves the republicans stuck in an odd place. If they are too anti-immigration reform they will lose the Latino vote. If they are too pro-immigration reform they risk losing voters from their base.
