1. I can't answer this question as I'm not a lawyer, but if you need legal research done I can get that done for you. You shouldn't rely on lay people to answer legal questions because what they know may not be accurate or may be years or even months old. The law changes constantly.
One thing I will tell you, is that if your audience is in the US, it won't matter where the corp is set up, they may go after you if whatever you are doing really irks them.
2. Merchant account I may be able to help you with depending on your business history, personal history, etc. I deal in high risk merchant accounts. Please send me your e-mail address if you are serious.
Getting a bank I can't help you with.
Just be very careful in these small countries. Do a lot of research about banks offshore once you narrow down the countries you are interested in.
In some of these countries in Latin America, I don't trust them.
Also I'm not sure if what is happening in Greece affects Cyprus at all, so investigate that too if you are serious about Cyprus.
3. I use this company, & while they can cause me stress at time with the techies who don't understand what I write, they really bend over backwards for you, their support is 24/7 & it's in the US.
I rarely have downtime with them which is important, & they are adult friendly.

4. You never stated what time of adult business. There are many different niches within the industry. I'll assume porn since that's what everyone thinks of.

5. You'd have to bury a corp within a corp within a corp essentially. It's always good to have a great attorney on standby to handle these matters. We may be able to find you one that specializes in this. If you want me to look into it, let me know.
