In a word...Yes.
But you can't just sit on the list. You need to strategize your campaigns...either pitching your products or affiliate ones.
Down the road...when you have a bigger list...you can even 'rent' out the list to other adult webmasters to drive traffic to their site. Passive dineros.
There's a lot of money in email marketing. It's woefully neglected for some reason...
