If you want to advertise porn websites, I would look into doing it, somewhere else. You may spend some time learning AdWords, investing money in that, and they end up banning your account. I would contact them, to begin with, and make sure that any of the websites, that you want to advertise, will be ok with them, long term.
As far as adult ad networks, you can contact people who work there, and aks them, what would be the best, for what you are trying to do. Contact 10 or more places, talk to people from all of them, and you will know what to do, more or less.
You could probably invest in seo, or social media marketing (like Twitter, which is good for xxx sites), instead. Or, maybe even better, work on having more active affiliates.
