Most people can draw this well if they spend 50 to 100 hours on a single drawing done on a giant sheet of graph paper. This one took at least 50 hours from what I remember.
It along with so many other "amazing" drawings making the rounds on the Net are essentially optical illusions. Not much different from compressing a high res photo into a thumbnail.
If the average Joe Blow dedicated 40 hours per week to this, he could crank out perhaps 20 to 40 drawings like the above per year.

So if average Joe Blow simply pulled on his penis for 10 minutes a day until he completed
50 hours of penis enlargement exercises; his penis would be at least one inch longer every year.
