Yeah, been like that for over a year, and perfectly happy. If it were bloat, my understanding is that it would have been dead a long time ago. His companion however has and still is perfectly healthy...
We will have to see what happens with the new ones I suppose. I mean terrible if it IS something in the water, and the 20 or so new ones all die, but if that happens, it happens...
I dont see much point in a large well cared for pond with all the trimmings just having one single fish in it
