It's an interesting comment about privacy. People have been concerned about governments invading their privacy for decades, probably even centuries. Yet here we are running around with miniature computers in our pockets that send out constant messages telling people exactly where we are.
Think about how easy it would be to locate a rich/powerful person's child to kidnap them for ransom. Scary.
