If you click the video (not recommended), you'll see they're clubbing sick and unwanted chickens. They're putting the ones they hit into buckets to discard. Then the sick fuck making the video tries to find twitching ones to show.

Makes me think of those stupid chicken commercials with chickens talking about wanting to get eaten.
