eBay for the last decade have been a scam site. Remember they once owned PayPal and PayPal has always protected scammers under their policies and screws over the victims. I can't tell you how many times I surf eBay and almost 80% of the listings I saw for Louis Vuitton, Versace, Gucci belts etc....were all counterfeit goods. Even a novice can spot these fake goods but eBay knowingly facilitates the sale of counterfeit goods so it can earn fees of the sale of them.
