Wonderful service from amazon regarding something that didn't arrive on time. It wasn't their fault, they had sent it, but the carrier had screwed up. I couldn't chase the carrier as I was the recipient - It had to be the seder (Amazon) so I hit them up...
I really made ZERO fuss. Just pointed out my package had travelled to within 15 miles of me, and then gone off at a tangent to London, 270 miles away !
Good god! They couldn't do enough for me. Both in rectifying the problem, apologising profusely and insisting giving me a full refund
I was more than happy, but then received another really lengthy email apologising again for the 'terrible' experience I had endured and that they hoped I would still shop with them in the future.
