I want a really simple easy to use no extra step or clicks one window/page/desktop bulletin board type task management software that I can basically delegate, move, check off, prioritize tasks for different employees. Would be nice if it replaces the desktop background but is interactive. Don't want extra steps like basecamp where I have to click 3 places just to add a task.

Does anything close to this exist? Google is not my friend
