No, not at all. I'm conflicted myself as to when a person crosses the line between disagreeing with the status quo and being a basher. There's no hard and fast line that is crossed. Every country has it's good and bad points. Malaysia isn't at all PC, which I like, but the censorship here is almost comical. The opposition party had a demonstration a couple of weeks back, and they wear yellow. So the day before the demonstration, the Minister of Public Affairs banned the color yellow from being worn in public.
When something negative is linked to in social media, by the time you click on the link, it's always a 404 error. There's no dissent here.
I remember at the start of the Iraqi War, Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks was villified fior her stance against Bush and the war. I was one of the people who thought she was American bashing. Turns out she was ahead of her time, IMHO.
