A buddy of mine that is a cop had a couple of crazy things like this happen to him. He had a guy show up at the police station demanding the cops help him. Apparently he had sold some drugs to another guy who never paid him and he wanted to file charges against this guy for stealing or he wanted the cops to either make the guy pay him or give him the drugs back. He also got a 911 call to a domestic dispute. When he arrived he learned the call was made because a mom wanted the cops to make her 16-year-old daughter clean her room.
