its odd, as i heard they were attempting to reach out to the rebels in regards to this ISS operation. Obviously the rebels
should have a vested interest in the actions of the Russians, since the story is the ISIS isn't just going to give up once the Rebels somehow succeed after 4 years.
then again, i think the russians were also joking about whether rebels even exist, since everyone seems to have turncoated to ISIS anyway
