Colleges are for imbeciles. I have an university education just like all members of my family. The high education is free in Russia. Right not my son is studying in one of the best universities (the one which is responsible for Russian nuclear program). We don't pay a single ruble for him. I tell you more, our government pays him for being a student. I know it's something which doesn't fit into the American's head but it's true.

That's just a nonsense do you understand it? Why the hell Russia should build an aircraft carrier??? Why not a steam puffer? The WWII has ended in 1945. There is no place for aircraft carriers in WWIII. Let's do a simple math. How mach the US taxpayers pay to support a single aircraft carrier battle group? Per year? Now go calculate a price of simple cruise missile with a tactical nuke warhead which is enough to sink a whole US battle group within a few minutes? In fact we had 2 aircraft carriers (
educate yourself). One of those was sold to India because there are no perspectives to use those in WWIII. Aircraft carriers are dinosaurs from the first part of 20's century.
If you want to speak of technology when ask yourself why the United States still use Russian rockets to get to the outer space? Why 2 of 6 shuttles (33 fuckin' percents!!!) have blown up and killed all the astronauts who was on the board? High tech? Good education? Professional engineers? Aha...
