Yeah, you see, "the king of porn" (All hail the King!) spent all his money on a luxurious penthouse in the Trump building but still prefers to live in the Filipino hood of Manilla...

I guess he doesn't want to put any wear and tear on the penthouse, much better to not use it and stay in the third world slum instead. Maybe he really did spend all his money on the penthouse, so now he can't afford housekeeping and that's why it sits there, unused. Can't have "the king" mop up his own dirt of course.
