A) You are starving yourself - That's what not eating is
B) There is no credible medical literature saying "hey, starve yourself, its a perfectly healthy thing to do"

Some fucking idiot wrote a book in 1940 about fasting and republished it years later as "The Master Cleanse Diet" and since then, every hippy fuckwit with zero clue about diet and nutrition seems to think they can starve themselves healthy and "beat the man". Its the most asinine thing ever. Your body has daily nutritional requirements, including a host of vitamins and minerals which are responsible for the reguation and function of nearly every single process in your body, right down to the cellular level... so no, you can't deprive your brain of fuel, you can't deprive your body of energy (calories) and yeah, starving yourself like the fuckwit above who lost 55 lbs is a very stupid thing to do. First, he lost quite a bit of water as he depleted glycogen stores in his muscles, ate less salt etc etc etc (maybe 15-20 lbs), further, this leaves your body in an advnaced state of dehydration - which has all kinds of consequences,... then a significant portion of his weight loss was muscle tissue as he starved his body of calories and muscle tissue is more easily converted to glucose than fat. All that muscle tissue also includes organs such as your heart - which is why people who starve themselves often end up with heart problems and organ failures. There is literally no end to the reasons you should not eat less than 500 calories a day than your body requires. Eating 300 a day is idiotic. Eating zero a day is a level of stupidity that has no description from a health standpoint.
Again... starving yourself = stupid.
