13% Rule in the U.S.
About half of U.S. Adults who could be registered to vote actually are. (50%)
The highest turn-out of those that are registered in U.S. elections is during a Presidential race where just over half of those that are registered actually vote.(25%)
Since it only takes a majority of voters (now just 13%) to elect anyone, is it any wonder the U.S. is controlled by special interest?
Useless ? They are facts !
Boy... if you could have the money spent trying to convince those 13%, we could probably fund education !
