We apologize for the current inconvenience. Our tech crew is working on the issue, and we anticipate it should be resolved within the next couple of hours.

During these technical difficulties, please note that Paxum cards continue to work properly and can be used to make purchases and/or withdrawals as normal.

If you are a business owner attempting to send bulk payments at the current time, we request that you limit your payment file to 25 lines or less, or wait until this issue is resolved in the next couple of hours. Thank you for your patience and consideration.

Please also be advised that we will be running server maintenance today at approximately 6pm Eastern, and the Paxum website will be unavailable for approximately two hours while we complete necessary upgrades and improvements to our system.
