First, you don't need to buy our software - you can rent it instead:

The main difference between this and a regular whitecap label is that you have more control over the content and pricing, and different licensing options gives you features such as being able to use your own payment processor, run your own affiliate program, and even offer white-label sites to others.
You can broadcast your own live chat model content as well as chat models from our network, and charge anything you want per-minute. If you want even more content, we will integrate webcamsapi upon request. You can display all the content together, or break it up into "featured" and "other" content, which is what we recommend to give you the best possible conversions.
But yes you're absolutely right - you HAVE to hustle to make money in webcams. A lot of people think its easy. If you want to hire your own chat models for example, you have to train them and trust that they will work with you to help convert your visitor traffic into paying customers. Sometimes relying on other models can backfire. For example if you have English-speaking American traffic and you send it to Romanian chat models with poor English skills, your customers will get frustrated fast, leave, and never return to your site.
