Lazy ass MerchantSupport
It seems like many of the Online Merchant Services companies and Cpa Networks have a weird concept on what the "Customer Support " means.
Me, like many webmasters in here have an online business and sometimes we need support from the merchant services companies that we are working with during weekend days ( Fri-Sun)
Well...surprise...nobody is there to answer or if by chance there is some lazy ass motherfucker he's not bothering to open any support ticket or to review an application form.
As a webmaster and owner of some membership paysites i am available for my customers 24/7. It means i do respect people who are paying for the services that my websites are offering. In return i am available for them 24/7 .
Many o the Online Merchant Services companies and CPA Networks seems not to understand this concept. If you're having the bad luck to encounter a technical issue or even if you want to submit an application form for a new CPA Network account...you can be sure that from Friday 05:00 PM till Monday )9 AM nobody will give a fuck about your request.Because nobody is online! And even if they do...they don't care to answer.
Some people just do not understand that having an online business is not something similar with working in a factory from 9-5 , Mon-Fri.
Most of us have an online business that sometimes requires some support during weekends as well!
If some hosting companies can afford to offer support 24/7 why the fuck Online Merchants and CPA Networks don't?
We pay a shitload of processing fees and so many other % to have support on weeekends as well! 24/7!!!
CPA Networks should clearly inform everybody in their TOS that they don;'t give a fuck about any support tickets during weekends. And Online Merchant Services companies as well! AT least we will know exactly what to expect! Or give us lower processing rates during weekends!
Hire more people and put them to work on Weekends..Fucking Cheap Ass lazy motherfuckers!
