No bombing. No civilian genocide like in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Just a straight war like men.

And how many? Bombing of civilians is the classic American thing. Dresden, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Bin Hoa, Dakshin, Hue, Death flights etc - those are national honor of the USA just like jeans or Coca Cola.
