HAHAHAHA!! Not all of my experiences.
James Deen gets $1200 per scene and Im lucky if I get him. He books out fast and a month out. He brings a special style I need for a particular project that my bosses are happy to pay his rate for.
And Manual Ferarra get $1500 per scene and that is if chooses to work for you.
Me?? I get a set amount that Im happy with and what I see is fair to do what I like. Especially if the company gives me the budget for the high end guys.
My philosophy is simple: I don't care how good the girl is, if the guy sucks or is sub par, your scene will suck or not be what it could be. Good guys drive the scene in my opinion.
