Much like it is most probable that there is alien life in outer space, it is enough probable that cam girls could exist, who are not in cam sites, and find/generate so many pay users who do not come from cam sites, in some way I ignore.
My statement is super correct in my specific segment, which is a few thousands of cam models I deal with, in particular a sample of few hundreds me (and my admins) talk frankly with. However, I do know models who are not in our cam sites (or any cam site) exist, for example you do not login my cam site since 03-Dec-2013, I see, so I have no any idea where and how you, specifically, are getting new pay users (perhaps, the outer space).
