Depends on who declares the sanctions. The USA is about 3% of a whole Russian trading, so course you can not harm us somehow (a one don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand this simple fact). China can do it easily, but not you - sorry. As about Turkey, so the picture is very different. Even if we forget about tourism, Turkish textile and fruits (all of that was already banned by Russia), just look at this picture:
Russia + Iran (both support Assad) control 77% of all Turkish natural gas flow.
P.S. Please don't refer to the exchange rate of ruble. It has started to fall down two years before your "sanctions" were declared, simple because it follows the price of the oil. Yes it's that simple and it has no relation to your "sanctions". Doesn't matter if you like it or not - that's just a fact.
