It is illegal to conspire, and already against the law -- criminal speech has no constitutional protections

That is the Islamic Terrorist State's freely stated goal -- is to levy war (organized terrorism is a form of warfare -- by violence and not by passive speech).
It's unconstitutional to close the press (or media). Gag orders by a court are only legal under limited circumstance.
So, Trump wants to be able to revoke the law now?
