Why not? Of course you prefer Czech Republic. Especially if you have never been to Russia and it's extremely hard to get a visa to work and live in Russia. So if I'd be you, I would also prefer Prague over Berlin of course. Personally I hate a lot of things here such as corruption and Putin (actually whose two words mean the same), however I would not "trade" Moscow to any other city in the World. I've been to many and wasn't able to stand more than a couple of weeks there, because I always wanted to get back home. For example I love an ocean and tropical beaches. However, if I stay there more than a week, I'm always getting bored. Moscow is a fantastic city where it's just impossible to be bored. A friend of mine who lives 1500km away from here, have told me the following: "the people in Moscow walk as fast as I run"
P.S. I don't know a single Russian oligarch who has moved to Czech Republic. Most of them prefer London. Because life in London is very similar to life in Moscow, but London is not controlled by Putin and his mafia. Those people just seek for a similar life but outside of the Russian jurisdiction (in case if they have some conflicts with the local "elite").
