It still does apply to all of us on GFY that are actually IN the porn business (not many of us left here).
But a lot of people are what I call "faux-liberals"
For instance, try introducing a new idea that isn't approved by the Democrat Party to bronco67 or crockett or **********.
You'll soon see how close-minded and unable to change they truly are.
"Liberals" are some of the most hateful and vitriolic people unless you agree with everything they say.
And if you read what those guys write on GFY...they are like some kind of robots that don't question anything the govt. says or does. And if a Democrat says something, well then it's a FACT and anyone who disagrees will get called a ton of disparaging names.
This new brand of "Liberalism" is nothing like the true liberals of the 1960's and 1970's.
Those guys didn't trust the govt. at all. And definitely didn't want anything to do with the govt. taking their money and spending it on wars.
The new guys? They seem to think that taxing people (the govt. TAKING your money) is the answer to everything.
And if you try to point out that the people in the ruling class of govt. are getting filthy rich and so are their cronies...well, you'll just get a reply full of bitterness and hatefulness.
