Been friends with Dave for 12 years and I just got off the phone with him.
The agent in question is a guy named "John Stephen Forbush" from Metro Talent.
This guy was trying to Extort Dave for 50K. And if Dave did not pay he was going to out all of the girls on his girlfriends site. lol
Dave laughed and brushed him off as a clown. Then Mr. Forbush told Dave he would not follow on his threat if he could pay him 15k immediately.
Dave once again laughed and brushed him off as a nut job.
There is more to this story that I really cannot disclose, but I did get permission to disclose this.
The funniest thing Dave doesn't own a gun and he was not put in jail.
Not saying Mike South is lying, but I do believe that he was seriously misinformed to further somebodies personal agenda.

This guy has done time for fraud, credit card theft, Identity theft, domestic violence twice, terrorist threats twice and a host of other shit.
More to this story that I cannot really comment on, but I do know Mr. Forbush is in deep shit right now.
