Not all that is not WASP. Do you ever hear major issues with Chinese immigrants for example? Do they rape? Do they shout they will not obey to country's rules?

Certain cultures (africans, arabs etc) do not integrate in civilized society and some do (Chinese etc). Some are naturally savages, some are not.
