Not sure how that is relevant to the video. Were these two guys kicking this guy's daughter or wife?
They are all trained professionals that have been taught how to deal with combative patients as part of their training and have taken an oath to preserve life. They chose this career. I'm pretty sure whatever the equivalent is over there for the college of nurses and the college of physicians and surgeons doesn't allow them to use violence to protect the dignity of coworkers.
After he gets done his prison sentence he should never be allowed to work as a doctor again.
Then he will be free to beat anyone he wants that looks at his wife sideways.
