I read somewhere that it's even better to sleep 2x3 or 2x4 hours, but I will never try that.
Regarding the second sleep, just power naps. Did you know that it's best that you have a cup of coffee before taking a 20-minute nap. Then when you wake up, the coffee will start 'working'.
I read this somewhere also... I live in front of the computer. It's not like someone told me.
I think that naps are ok. If you are staring at the monitors and you feel like you really need a nap, plus you need to work another 3 hours, why not take a nap.
