This longer video is not that popular as the one posted by Albanian clown, because it adds some shades of gray, while 90% of people like only black and white stories. They want it like "bad guy vs good guy", so they are not interested in details.

I have no idea, I'm not a prosecutor. I know a lot of situations when a very calm and nice chronic alcoholic gets mad w/o a reason and kills/attacks his/her suppose or friend. That's not a rare case, actually. About 70% of murders in Russia are committed this way. Most of murders here are not robberies or planned assassinations. They are absolutely domestic ones. Unfortunately alcohol's best fried is a violence and I know that. That's why I'm gonna repeat it again: there are no black and white stories and only investigation can find out the truth. Course if it won't be biased. If it will be politicized, this criminal case will be reclassified to article 111 of Criminal Code, which means
up to 15 years in prison (a big difference to article 109 which is up to 2 years max). That bad signal for that former doctor is that he has been arrested yesterday (before that time he was on bail).
