20 leads a day is easy. 20 leads a day competing with others who are bidding prices up because they have high converting, better paying offers,... not so much. If you want "quality", it means you have to pay a premium for it.
Since you didn't get very specific about the offer, SOI or DOI, the niche or even make a distinction between mobile and PC leads,... I'm guessing you're about to be disappointed.
