It looks like you're running Apache. If you're just serving static HTML, you might be ok as long as you don't get more than a few visits at a time.
Digitalocean gives you 512MB of RAM for $5/mo. Linode has 1GB for $10/mo. Everything of mine that isn't on a dedicated box is on Linode and I've been really happy with them. They have had some DDoS issues recently but that can happen to any host.
