You go to the kitchen of any type of restaurant in Southern California or elsewhere and whether you are in a
KOREAN
ETHIOPIAN
ITALIAN
CHINESE
JAPANESE
THAI
MOROCCAN
ISRAELI
VEGAN
OR ANY OTHER CUISINE
restaurant, the chefs/assistant chefs are going to be probably Mexican.
