Purchased traffic is not for cams , can work for other niches but not for cams ! Build unique sites using APIs , and other promo tools they offer and try to focus on SEO , also I not recommend to use wordpress and if you use it do some changes on the theme till the site is fast and have different URLs , titles ,description for each page , but will be better to have your own script than using wordpress ! You need to be patient till you new site will rank but after you will get SE traffic money will flow !
