I use scorchers, heavies and zooka's. At your level I would use a equal amount of heavies and zooka's. Zooka's have a long range and are great for taking out flamethrowers because they have a better range. Heavies get right in their face.

Scorchers are flamethrowing tanks! Loads of fun. They attack multiple targets at the same time
