I'd need a sponsors that would allow me to make GIF's from their videos to promote on social media sites with my referal links. ( I would of course not remove the trademarks )

I'd like also to know if there is any Webcam site which would allow me to make a GIF capture of live cam girls to promote them over social media ( with referal link )
