pulling pics from google doesn't make you an expert on the subject, although they do look great. as i mentioned, i actually tried this recipe.

all hot dogs are pre-cooked. in my post, i said "the hot dogs cook before the noodles". how would pre-cooked hot dogs help that situation?

the noodles have to be cooked, which takes 12-15 minutes. the hot dogs are attached to the noodles, so they will be in the boiling water for 12-15 minutes. hot dogs only take 2-3 minutes of boiling to be fully cooked - less if they are cut up like this.

that means the hot dogs are overcooked. which is what i said in my post.

raw sausage might work, but that's not what the pictures show.
