I can't think of a way it can be done - Kids have Debit cards here - I can get a virtual number to use online in minutes...
The only possible way is for people to go into some sort of 'real life' facility and be manually verified - It's total nonsense - They will scare the porn industry out of the UK entirely - Of course that's what they want.....
People in the UK will just go to advertising supported sites who can do what they want because there is no threat to accounts etc. - Bunch of fucking idiots
