Hiring For 2 Positions: Affiliate Manager and Media Buyer

Hi Guys,

We're expanding and have 2 full time positions available:

Affiliate Manager
We require a highly motivated and determined individual to increase lead acquisitions by driving publisher and affiliate marketing traffic to our clientsâ?? direct response campaigns. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hands-on sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment to bring affiliates on board in the online/mobile entertainment, insurance, automotive, home services and financial industries.

The Affiliate Manager will be required to have a minimum of 1 to 2years work experience in managing online affiliate programs and building relationships with direct publishers, affiliate and ad networks.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
1. Daily Affiliate Management - work with Publisher partners to optimize delivery and campaign performance.
2. Meet or exceed sales quotas by prospecting for and developing industry leading Partners/Publisher relationships
3. Responsible for ensuring compliance and brand safety with publishers on an ongoing basis
4. Analyze Publisher statistics on a daily basis and to maximize revenue, identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and troubleshoot issues
5. Build and manage strong client relationships
6. Meet with partners and attend industry conferences as needed
7. Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI
8. Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment
9. Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
10. Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation
11. Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential
12. Strategize, plan, execute and optimize email, social, mobile and display campaigns

YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing or Communications
2. Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing
3. Excellent knowledge of online media buying models including CPA, CPS, CPL, CPC, CPM etc.
4. Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results
5. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast paced, quota driven environment
6. Strong decision making and problem solving skills
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills (outgoing, well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous)
8. Strong analytical skills
9. Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet browsers)
10. Excellent attention to detail
11. Ability to work under pressure
12. Results and goal oriented approach
13. Expertise in many forms of internet media and marketing, with knowledge of email marketing
14. Must have established contacts with publishers and media networks
15. Must possess an understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization

17. Proven ability to fearlessly initiate, establish and nurture partner relationships over the phone and in person


Online/Mobile Media Buyer
A global affiliate network is looking for an experienced Online / Mobile Media Buyer to join its Ad Operations team. Candidates must have a successful track record within the ad server and or ad network environment. He or she will be a key contributor to the group managing multiple digital ad campaigns within web and mobile verticals.

The Online Media Buyer is responsible for establishing, negotiating and developing profitable media and vendor relationships. An individual in this position will identify and execute written agreements with cost-effective, scalable and targeted sources of media that can provide qualified and profitable traffic. In addition, the buyer will negotiate pricing and acquire inventory primarily on a CPC, CPM and CPA basis for banners, email, pop-up and other direct response inventory, while ensuring that sources maintain the minimum acceptable ROI metrics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
â?¢ Identify online & mobile media buying opportunities and negotiate test campaigns to determine profitability
â?¢ Negotiate, develop, monitor and manage delivery of booked campaigns on CPC, CPM, CPA models.
â?¢ Manage vendor relationships
â?¢ Traffic, test, and manage online and mobile advertising campaigns through DFP ad servers, HasOffers as well as in-house platform
â?¢ Troubleshoot ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting
â?¢ Create reports to monitor campaign delivery and communicate relevant metrics to team
â?¢ Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across third party ad serving systems
â?¢ Work collaboratively with campaign managers to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging understanding of advertiser and product performance

YOUR PROFILE:
â?¢ 2+ years of experience in online & mobile media buying for direct response
â?¢ Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
â?¢ Well-developed negotiation skills
â?¢ Ability to work independently and as a team
â?¢ Excellent time management and analytical skills
â?¢ Experience with DSPs, DFPs and affiliate tracking platforms e.g. HasOffers
â?¢ Experience with campaign trafficking - rich media, custom ads, standard display, text
â?¢ Experience with 3rd party rich media vendors
â?¢ Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
