I did government blood work i waited 10 days...it was a cancer indicators screening it takes 10 days in private clinics too...maybe it was 2 weeks I do not remember...

I pay for my MRI because the $4/month is not a good deal IMO

I can only comment on the figures I find. It seems to me the hospitals with good facilities are in the Heath Tourist market. Whether this underpins the cost to Serbs or completely separate I have no info. I can say that for what Serbia spends, your claims ring false.
