Good news:
Samsung has announced it is literally giving away the future of mobile VR, by offering a free Gear VR head set to anyone who orders an S7 handset. This should both speed up adoption (300,000 are likely to be given out as a result of it) and establish a precedent for bundling headsets for future companies to follow.
