A natural born citizen is someone who is in fact an American citizen at birth. Any child born to an American, no matter where they are born, is in fact an American citizen.
Cruz was born in Canada, but in fact one of his parents was American at the time of his birth.
At the same time... The entire birther movement was pure bullshit also. Even if Obama was born in Kenya, he was still a natural born citizen no matter what.
