I woke up during mine with the hose up my ass. They did not give me nearly enough drugs. I remember the surprised look on the nurses face when I tried to sit up and she pushed me back down.
If that happens, just wink and give your best creeper smile. I would also consider growing a handlebar mustache before the procedure.
