Number one: I don't have any wishful thinking. She's usually pretty good at getting out of stuff that other people would go to jail for. Good for her.
Number two: Trump isn't a fascist in any definition of the word.
The FACTS are that she is under FBI investigation. Once they have finished the investigation they will make a recommendation to the Justice Dept. (which is run by the Obama Administration).
My guess is that the Justice Dept. will squash it right then and there.
If they don't...then President Obama will wait until after the election is over and grant her a full Presidential pardon.
If you love Hillary so much that you can't see those facts...good for you!
