Of course, not many countries' economies are at Germany's or Holland's level.
You should also keep in mind though, that girls working in another country as a waitress, are not the cream of the crop. If you got no education (or were stubborn and chose a profession that has no market today), being a waitress in a rich country is a good choice.
Yes you could probably live like a king. :P Not many Americans could do that though - earn the same money if they move to any country. Most wouldn't get much more than the Polish wages. :P
