Here is the issue: The last I heard was that there seemed to be a chargeback ratio issue and the acct manager was waiting to hear back from your accounting dept - but then I never heard back and your reply was the first response I've received since then.
I have promoted many of the big programs including NastyDollars for over a decade. Your team must see all sorts of scammers however I am a legit webmaster based in Toronto who has generated almost $2 million in affiliate commissions over the years. I have nothing but good intentions when I suggest to a surfer they sign up for a membership to one of your sites.
I would really like to understand the reasons that all my mindgeek accounts were suddenly shut down. Was it something I did as far as promotions or just a bad chargeback ratio? I really didn't send that many sales so the problem is perplexing to me.
Whatever the problem is I would appreciate the opportunity to address it so we can continue to work together for years to come.
I'm looking forward to your reply. Feel free to mention the reasons in this thread in the spirit of everyone learning.
Regards,

Hey,
What is your skype?
We can chat about getting you back on if you really believe that this banning was done in error. We are always open for business!
The main reason for the ban was an incredibly high fraud and chargeback ratio on all joins coming in.
