The Russian guy across the road from me, he knocked on the door & told us to keep our noise down, it was a good night, we said of course. Although to add, not too noisy anyway, no music on loud, just good chat... anyway, only a week later, he smashed his car into the brick wall. Our area president has still not received any compensation.... will he ever pay any?
